My fiancee has been dealing with this dealership ever since she got her car. The transmission keeps overheating and under the warranty she has been trying to get it fixed through Don Moore. (Which it had hidden problems when she bought it.) They said they had test driven it to try to recreate the problem, but the steering wheel had cob webs all over it and the car had standing water throughout the entire vehicle like it was sitting still the whole time they had it. I already gave the Don Moore in Owensboro, KY for selling her a car that already had problems without letting her know what they were. I just felt the Don Moore in Hartford, KY deserved a negative review of their own. In the future we will not be doing business with any Don Moore locations.
