I made an appointment that apparently got lost in the booking. I waited over an hour before anyone even bothered to tell me they didn't have me down for an appointment. Then the owner pulled the appointment book to show me there was no appointment. She pulled the old book that had been recouped and my name was there but had been erased. My sister in law called to schedule an appointment the same day I scheduled and since we both had the same unusual last name mine got erased. No apologies. Nothing.
